Ann Bandelli is the co-founder and President of Bandelli Agency, Inc., which she established alongside her late husband, Jim Bandelli. She is a licensed insurance professional with more than 20 years of experience assisting individuals, families, and businesses with both personal and commercial insurance needs.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Ann is a lifelong local and a graduate of Brooklyn College. She has a strong connection to her community and a lasting commitment to giving back to the neighborhood she calls home. Her work is guided by integrity, care, and a genuine dedication to helping clients feel confident and supported in their coverage decisions.

Andrea Bandelli is a seasoned insurance professional with over 20 years of experience as a licensed property and casualty broker. Before joining the family business, she began her career in social work after earning her Master's degree, dedicating eight years to supporting children and families in New York City.

Driven by her passion for helping others, Andrea joined her father, Jim Bandelli — a 50-year insurance veteran and President of the Bandelli Agency, Inc. — shortly after its founding in 2000. He mentored her throughout her early career. Since his passing, she has continued to carry forward his legacy in the insurance industry.

Andrea is recognized for her strong customer service, organizational skills, and genuine sensitivity to clients' needs. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families feel secure and confident through personalized insurance solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lisa Romeo is a Property & Casualty-licensed insurance professional who is passionate about helping individuals and businesses find the right coverage for their needs. Before joining Bandelli Agency, Inc. in 2016, she worked with both large insurance companies and independent brokers, building extensive knowledge of personal and commercial insurance.

Lisa takes pride in bringing a personal touch to every client interaction. She is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships founded on trust. Through thoughtful guidance and attentive support, she helps ensure each client feels confident in their coverage decisions.
